动态甲类偏置组件的原理和使用

当前各类家用功放,以甲乙类放大器为主,即使工作于甲类状态,厂家由于成本等原因,使放大器小功率时处于甲类,大功率时工作于甲乙类。而输出级一旦转为推挽工作,其开关失真总是难以避免。功放输出端出现开关失真,必将导致功放输入级产生瞬时过荷和互调失真。扬声器本身不是纯阻性,当扬声器阻抗下降后,输出级静态电流Io=Po/2RL-2:设计的甲类功放就出现开关失真,进一步增大静态电流可以消除交越失真,但成本会大幅上升。因此甲类功放是以消耗满负荷静态电流来换取最大输出功率,是低效率的“甲类音质”。                                  

动态偏置电路使功放输出级兼有甲类不载止和乙类高效率的优点,常称为超甲类,功放输出级静态电流按甲乙类设置,当扬声器阻抗下降时,输出功率是成倍增加,是新技术,高效率的“甲类音质”。

笔者经过多年探索和实践,总结传统动态偏置电路存在的不足之处,根据当代功放的设计理念,设计了一款结构简单、电路新颖的“动态甲类偏置电路”,用本偏置电路制作的功放其性能和音质可达到较高水准,如果电源有足够容量、功放输出管有足够的电流输出能力,即使在满负荷输出情况下、负载接近短路时,依然不会出现开关失真和交越失真。                                  

                                                               

原理简介                                                                   

                                                                                                         

 因为这项技术正在申请专利,只能以原理框图的形式做简单介绍,见图1,框图中的A1A2捡测功率级输入端激励信号并加以放大,分别控制电压源E1E2,使AB两端的电压发生变化。E3可调电压源,确定输出级的静态工作电流。峰压电路限制过激励防止输出级瞬间饱和出现开关失真                                                                           

                                                                                                      

DJ组件主要特点                                                         

                                                                                                    

1、电路连线少,共三条管脚,方便老机改造。                                                        

2、一致性好,调试容易,简化了装调工艺,便于批量生产。                                                        

3、具有电流倍增效应 ,适合输出级多管并联,降低输出内阻,提高带载能力。                                          

4、具有双端调制特性,能产生偶次谐波,美化音色。                                                             

5、可以组成超甲类,也可以组成滑动甲类功放。                                                           

6、调整外接电阻,控制起控点,可以小功率起控,也可大功率时再起控。                                   

7、存在问题:DJ组件无法进行温度补偿,老机改造需重新设定温补。                                                   

                                                                                                          

                                        DJ组件连线方法                                                              

                                                                                                                    

1、  A接功率放大输入级高电位端。                                                                     

2、管脚B接功率放大输入级低电位端。                                                                                    

3、管脚D接地为动态偏置,不接地为固定偏置。                                                           

4DJ组件上方W1调整动态偏置的起控点。                                                              

5DJ组件上方W2调整输出级的静态电流。                                                            

6、通过DJ组件管脚A管脚B的静态工作电流应小于40mA,推荐值为5-20mA                                                     

                                                                     

DJ组件选择方法                                                     

                                                                                                            

根据功放输出电路的方式、或甲乙类时AB端的静态工作电压来选择DJ组件。图四功放输出级是由BJT管组成的二级射极互补电路,工作在甲乙类时,AB两端电压VAB=4×0.55V=2.2V,查表一,应选择〔DJ-2.0V-0755〕组件。上机前先将组件上部W1W2逆时针旋到底。                                                                                                 

                                                                                                          

DJ组件使用方法                                                             

                                                                    

1、将〔DJ-2.0V-0755 组件 按图四连好,K1K2K3任意,顺时针调节组件上部W2,使功放输出级静态电流为10MA-30MA

2K1任意,K2K3闭合时,功放输出级为滑动甲类偏置,转换效率低,但音色好,适合小功率输出。

3K1任意,K2闭合,K3断开时,功放输出级为超甲类偏置,转换效率高,音色好,特别适合大功率输出。

4、动态甲类偏置起控点的调整:图四电路中K2闭合,K1K3任意,在放大器输入端送音频信号,调整音量电位器,DJ组件AB管脚电压在原静态电压上增加,其增加的幅值与输出功率大小成正比。                                                                              

5、  输出时起控方法:K1K2闭合,K3任意,顺时针调节W1,使DJ组件AB管脚电压上升。                   

6、  率输出时起控方法:K1K3断开,K2闭合,调节电位器W,使DJ组件AB管脚电压上升。                                  

                                                                         

DJ组件使用案例                                                          

                                                                                                         

例㈠   设输出功率大于5W之后,DJ组件起控。                                                                     

1、调节DJ组件上方W2,使功放输出级静态工作电流Io=Po/2L-2=5/2×8-2=0.56A                         

2、图四中K1K3断开,K2闭合,在功放输入端送入1KHZ音频信号,调整音量电位器,输出功率5W时, 调节图四电路中电位器W,使DJ组件AB管脚电压上升。                          

                                                                                                         

例㈡    用温控开关使功放输出级在滑动甲类和超甲类之间自动转换。                                  

选择常闭温度开关代替图四中的开关K3,紧贴在功放管散热片上,图四中的K1K2闭合,散热片温度低于温度开关设定值时,功放输出级工作在滑动甲类,转换效率低,散热片温升很快,但音色很好,具有等响度特点,当散热片温度上升到温控开关设定值后,温控开关断开,功放输出级自动转为超甲类状态,转换效率提高,散热片温升得以控制。
